Hi, does anyone know if the toyoglide 3 speed gearbox out of a 1973 Crown Estate is the same ratio box as fitted to the MS75 Coupe ?

Crown experts Peter Hunter, Greg Horrocks or Billy Wells would be able to tell you I'm sure, not sure when they will be on the forum as they are not regular visitors.

Hi , Don't if you've resolved this yet but the ms60/63/75 all use the same basic chassis and running gear , if you wanted to improve things abit the 3spd + o/d box from the ms112 crown fits as well. Gives you better cruising speed/fuel economy with the extra overdrive gear. If you go this route you will need - the box with fly wheel and torque convertor, the gearbox ecu , and may need to adjust/modify the gear lever (depending on where yours is to start with) , the kickdown rod to cable and poss. the prop shaft.
I've done a few of these mods in the 90's on ms63 estates and rx30 cressida's so know they can be done and work well.
