The Toyota Enthusiast Club national day will now be held this year at The British Motor Museum at Gaydon Warwickshire on Sunday the 22nd September .We Have been allocated the Souther Lawn which is the area at the end of the long entrance drive to the left just outside the main museum entrance - great pitch and plenty of room for displaying our cars . The museum is open and a reduced entrance fee payable on the day for those members who wish to visit. There is cafe facilities on site and our pitch is available from 9.00am with the museum being open from 10am . The full address is The British Motor Museum, Banbury Rd Gaydon Warwickshire CV35 0BJ. Put the date in your diaries and look forward to seeing you on the day . Any queries malcolm 07975718146

Last year 8 of us stayed in the Hatton area and dined together on the Saturday night. This year Jeff Markham and I have already booked the Saturday night to stay at the nearby good value, Days Inn Warwick South , adjacent to the M40 service area and close to the Museum. Anyone interested in joining us on the Saturday evening, Sept 21st let us know. Jeff's e.mail on his Tatton Park post on this Forum. Mine dvbe926@aol.com
Note: There appears to be a Days Inn on both the Northbound and Southbound sides of the M40 - we're on the Southbound.

Have also booked the Days Inn southbound for the Saturday night so we can have a meet up and something to eat etc. All these places have excellent CCTV for overnight parking.

I stopped off at Warwick Services South on the way to Goodwood a couple of weeks ago. There are a few eating establishments but they're more of a "buy your food and find a place to sit" type of place. It's likely to be full of passing motorists too so Denis and I were thinking of going to The Falcon in Hatton where I believe, a few members went last year. It's a 20min drive but would be more suitable. I'm not sure if we would have to book a table so if you would like to join us please let me know on here or via pm and I'll take it from there. Thanks Jeff

You're right Bryan
I just typed in "restaurants near Gaydon" and the Falcon in Warmington came up. The one in Hatton is a few minutes further away but to the north of Warwick Services so we can go there.
Thanks for the heads up
Jeff
