I had the car stripped again and some of the bodywork mistakes were fixed and the car was resprayed at a shop... I bit the bullet because I was tired of trying to correct problems. I worked periodically on little bits here and there over the past two years whilst finishing my degree, so I didn't take many photos but here are the ones I have New carpet is in Dash is in, and there's my nardi wheel ! and the internal amplified aerial is mounted just above the glove box liner. I made a dual speaker for the FM radio which is a later, stereo one, so this fits in the place for the single under dash speaker. I decided to use an MR2 throttle pedal, bent to a similar shape as the original. and I'll most likely switch to a cable setup, as my mech. setup is not the best. I got creative with an '05 (I think) Mitsubishi Galant headliner... chopped it to fit, roof curve is really similar, chopped the area around the visors and moulded it with fibreglass and recovered it. [/quote] I graduated recently and so I've been busy with Celica lately, got the air horns and filters sorted. Got the stripes on . Before After Also got two of the wheels refinished, with the others nearly done. The arches were also undersealed.
