Tell me more about the AGM? The Toyota Enthusiasts Club AGM (Annual General Meeting) is a chance for full TEC members and non-members alike to display their cars. This year it will again be held at Billing Aquadrome near Northampton over the weekend of the 3rd & 4th August. On the Sunday an Awards ceremony is held where members can vote for their favourite cars. To be eligible to be voted for the cars must be present on the Sunday and must be owned by fully paid-up TEC members. Membership details are in this link: www.toyotaenthusiasts.com/MembershipI'm sure everyone will agree that the subscription is a small price to pay to be able to exhibit your pride & joy at this and all the other TEC-attended shows. Here's a link to previous Award winners: www.toyotaenthusiasts.com/Awardsand a link to past TEC-attended shows: www.toyotaenthusiasts.com/ShowsThe 2011 AGM was very special in that we gained Toyota media coverage in the Today Tomorrow Toyota magazine and on their blog: blog.toyota.co.uk/toyota-enthusiasts-club-celebrates-20-year-anniversary-with-classic-and-rare-modelsWe look forward to seeing you there !! Regards, Ian.

Very impressed with the build so far, look forward to seeing her at the Billing national meet. Are the other two corona's road worthy or needing restoration ?

Very impressed with the build so far, look forward to seeing her at the Billing national meet. Are the other two corona's road worthy or needing restoration ? Red 1967 is already on the road Tax & MOT'd :-) Blue 1966 is possibly going to be the 'donor' for the maroon restoration :-( Ive had a look at this one & unfortunately despite its history its not in the best of condition underneath and might be the 'donor' to complete the Maroon restoration. Its a shame really because I really love the colour. I'll get fotos of the underneath once on the ramp again :-( The sills are completely gone.. Its been off the road a good number of years & looks as though it was parked up & neglected after the original owner who took it to the showspassed away. The paperwok shows he was a True TEC member and im pretty sure known by a few on here :-)

I know both the red and blue cars, Peter Hunter our magazine editor had the red car for probably about 8 to 10 years and sold it late last year. Blue car was the late Len Kendrick's car ,which was left in a lockup up for many years after he passed away.
