New member with Toyota Brevis & Tsport

Hello just wanted to introduce myself I've recently bought a Toyota Brevis which was imported from Japan in 2017. The car is pretty tidy and totally rust free and has re-ignited my love for all things Toyota. This model has the 2.5 straight 6 (1jz) with direct injection and an auto box. It is the first auto car I've owned but the gear changes are so smooth and seamless that I've not found it as diabolical as I thought I would.

I also own a Corolla tsport which I've had since 2015. I'm the second owner from new and again like the Brevis it's rust free and pretty tidy. However the Brevis has become my main car so the corolla is getting very little use so might be sold on soon.

Previous to these cars I used to own an MR2 SW20 (rev 3 n/a) a Celica Gt-four st205 which was also imported from Japan and more recently an is200. I'm looking forward to being an active part of the forum and hopefully getting the chance to see some other amazing Toyota's in the flesh.

Thanks. When the car was offered to me for sale I thought exactly the same and had to have it.

I have no idea how many are registered in the UK as apparently most of them end up in Russia.

I like to think I know my way around the Toyota line up of cars but a Brevis is a new one to me, bet it drives very smooth with a 6 cylinder engine , have you got any photos of the inside please

Hi Bob here's some pics from the inside. As you can imagine it's a bit tricky to navigate which buttons do what but with the very helpful use of Google translate I've got most of them sussed out now.
