This weeks Classic Car Weekly has a Price Guide feature, listing 900 cars. As usual with this sort of article it will create some debate. In the Toyota section, the first gen Celica is listed including the coupe and liftback, in GT spec. I wonder where they got their values or who they spoke to. They say based on prices recently achieved. The TA22 GT; TA23 GT; RA28 GT each listed at £5K for a usable car, £10K for a good one and £15K for a concours. No doubt the CCW phone will be red hot with buyers asking where they can buy one, at those sort of prices.
