Hi Ian, Like you I'm worried about tyres, I had two sets both new, I used one set on my Supra and theres still lots of life left in them yet the other set I gave to my Bud for his Supra You'll have to work very hard to find what your looking for I've given up now and started the search for new rims, I've made contact with a lad in Australia and I have him looking for 15" P type rims, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed they are about somewhere Best for now Mike.

Hello Ian and welcome back to 2.8 Supra ownership , as far as Tyres go they can be found but you will have to make contact with dozens of tyre dealers. I have a new set on my car, they are made by TOYO and are the 130mph speed rated ones, i rang loads of dealers in the SE of UK and asked if they had any old stock, i slowly pick up a set of 5 and lucky for me they were all local. You can buy 235/60/14 which is very close...well closer than 215/60/14. Topgear tyres had some listed but it could have been an out of date list. If you get time maybe you can post a few photos of your supra for me and mike to see, all the best, Bob.

Had a look around the net to see what's still available, seems its now only 235 60 14, they are sold by www.mytyres.co.uk and retail at £90.20 They are speed rated at 118 mph ( T ) and with the car traveling at a true 60mph, the speedo would in fact be 61.2 mph but as the supra's speedo under reads by a good 3mph at 60 its not a problem.
