Historic rolling road tax is back

Todays budget announced that the "historic road tax" is back to a rolling 40 year cut off date, great news for many TEC members who drive cars that just missed out when the cut off was 25 years, which in 1997 the government decided to stop at 1972 manufactured cars. Thats now 3 off my fleet on historic status now
