I suspect the list is a copy and past of last years exhibitors, I have not received any communication (apart from acknowledgement of application to exhibit) from the organisers so theres still a good chance we will get a place, Chris anything you can do to assist would be great.

Further to yesterdays post I'm pleased to announce the TEC has been selected to attend the NEC Classic and Sportscar show in November. Below is confirmation e-mail, which at this stage we still await to see exactly what space has been allocated to the club.
Harvey
Dear Club Organiser Please excuse this round robin but I have received so many enquiries from clubs for an update on this year’s stand allocation process that it would be extremely time consuming for me to respond to them all individually. Firstly, the good news is that I can confirm that your club has been successful in being selected to have a stand at this year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show. Secondly, apologies for not being in a position by now to confirm the exact details of the stand area we are able to offer to your club. The move to the new halls has meant unforeseen delays so final decisions on placements are taking longer than I had originally hoped. Applications have increased this year to unseen levels and as we aim to showcase as broad a spectrum of UK classic car clubs as possible, this may mean that we are not able to be as generous with space as you have requested. However there will be a stand on the final floorplan for your club to have a presence at this year’s end of season finale. I am currently finalising the jigsaw puzzle of stand allocations and should be in a position to send out floorplans and full stand details to you individually over the coming week or so. In the meantime, perhaps you can start thinking through how your club would like to interpret the ‘She’s a Beauty’ Show Theme this year? Below please find more information to inspire you! We do encourage all clubs to participate with the show theme in some manner on your club stand and don’t forget to share all your stand plans with us once these are finalised. I will be in touch again as soon as I am able to confirm details of your stand. Kind regards Alison Judge
