[The 1970 Plymouth Barracuda isn't far away. I think this shape of Challenger and Cuda with the curled up bumpers didn't appear until 1970 model, so it would been on sale by spring 1969, I think? So a close thing time wise for the Celica released in 1970 in some countries. The Camaro from 67 was a very similar shape to the TA22 but it had flat bumpers.
