Finally completed and back on the road,Debs MR2 took to the road on Wednesday. After a 5year 3 month rest and a slightly more intense rebuild than first anticipated it passed its MOT without a hitch. Only problem that appeared was a stiff gear selector (probably the only part not removed ;D) which was tracked down to a seized pivot bush on the top of the linkage. After a freshen up of both sides, Nissan cherry arches are not a bad fit on the MR2 [

Well he took his time but I drove it tonight....the first time in 5 years it was great to get back into it. Great wee car. All ready for Drive it day ;D ;D all be it a year after he said it would be ready Debs

Lastest update The wee car is going great, but still have something I want done on it. I have had Harvey outside cleaning the engine and painting afew more wee bits. I will find him more things to do. This is what he gets for leaving it for so long LOL ;D ;D

Engine bay cleaned up a treat, should have took a before pic Getting there still a few minor things to attend to like getting my 1000 estate back on the road ;D ;D
