What sill strengthening !, i've had a good look at the photo's and can't see any extra metelwork on the underside or next to the seats....all rather concerning .

I'm with Bob on this one, I dont see any extra support anywhere. If I was trying to sell it I'd be showing where the extra strength was added.

I've just got back from a weeks family holiday in Turkey and was watching this before I went.......well it is red, a Celica and convertible !!!!!!, and I must say I was astounded to see it made £1850. I know it's virtually a one-off, but how good was the conversion or was it a 'can opener' special. Well done to the winner, but good luck also as regards insurance etc if it's a home-brewed special.

very interesting car, someones really loved this and spent a lot of effort. e.g.interior.
assuming it comes off completely, prob looks a lot better if the hood was just stashed into the boot when on the move. Or is it covering up a mess where the roof used to meet the boot / rear parcel shelf etc.?
dont care for the grille treatment and some of the add ons.
still , nice novel old celica in good cond, at a not too silly price.
