The old wiring demons have struck again, this time my clock for fuel & temperature gauge has stopped working, I have checked wiring & fuses, but no luck! Has this happened to anyone else, if so I would like to hear from you, as this one has me baffled!

Dont want to sound like a smart arse but I have this fuel guage issue intermittently with both my TA22's. For one of them a tap on the guage face seems to fix it. The mechanism is obviously worn and sticks occasionally. For the other its the connector where the dash harness meets the body harness by the steering column. Have to jiggle it to get the fuel guage to work sometimes. Worn connector. The old wiring demons have struck again, this time my clock for fuel & temperature gauge has stopped working, I have checked wiring & fuses, but no luck!
