Hi guys, ave lost my celica ta22 boot lid key , I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to open the boot without a key. Hope to hear soon. THANKS

it does not operate with same key, Please help us Is it a flatlight or bubble light? If it's a flat light,then go in through the rear seats,if it's a bubble light,then you may be able to pop the lock with a rod if you take out the parcel shelf to gain access. If not,then you're looking at drilling the lock out or drilling a hole in the boot floor and trying to pop it from there with a steel rod.

As I found out at the Himley AGM a few years ago when I embarrassingly locked my keys in the boot, if the lock is fairly old/worn finding a few Toyota keys of similar vintage and patiently wiggling them about a bit in the lock might yield results. Obviously as said the last resort is to drill the bugger out
