Hi, Your AC, I'm sure you will have done all the usual checks starting with the AC compressor and drive belt and also you have gas in the system In the main there is not much can go wrong with AC apart from the lost of gas which usually leaks out of the front shaft seal which is located at the back of the electronic clutch which is on the front of the compressor if that's the case you would be better rebuilding or changing this unit but you will need to get the system re-charged and checked after wards, AC it looks complected but that's not the case, Your AC seems like it's running backwards the same as a home system but in a home system case its supposed to work like this your car however that's not the case the only other thing I can think of is the Expansion valve this is normally located behind the Glove box but next to or in line with the AC condenser that's the part the cold air comes from this valve turns the system on and off to regulate the temperature if it is not working you get no cold air from the system just hot air which is pulled in for outside which in your case very hot air apart from that you may weather you like it or not have to take the car to an AC engineer and have the system check which is what you will have to do to have the system recharged once you've hopefully solve your problem (just remember once the gas is released the system will not run cold)
Hope this helps Mike G.
