I saw my second early 70s Crown Coupe belonging to Peter at the 15th National (WHAT A CAR ) Would love one a them. Looks like a larger RA28. Big Al

Clever dick here has three. Yes, that makes me plain greedy. None are as nice as Peters. Mine are the more common 72 pre-facelift variety (and free tax variety!). I prefer the earlier ones, particularly the ever so cool separate back lights and mustang pre-RA28 style rear pillar chrome 'gills'. But as the energy crisis started to bite, sales really dropped off, so Peters facelift late model is extremely rare in the UK, even amongst an already very rare car. One of mine is a P-registration, normally for Sep75-Aug76? cars, but when I went to see it I was amazed and pleased to find it was an early model, manufactured in 72. Maybe it had taken 3 years to sell it!? Anthony Gerundini
