Recently aquired RA28GT "spares car" Starting to rip her to bits, before sending the shell to the crusher. Here's what we know about her, she was in a front end collision around summer 1986 ,which was not to serious as there is not to much damage at the front but it looks like the rear quarter has been stopped by a lamp post. She was then stored in a lock up until someone could get around to fixing her, unfortunatly it was vandals that visited her next and damaged all the ignition switch and dashboard clocks. She had been well treated well for her 8 years on the road,78k on the clock, endrusted( undersealed and cavity waxed) which shows as the sills and floor pan are still solid.(pity that most of the panels have a bad case of tin worm). Here's another testiment to toyota, a 18RG stood still for many years. Clean up the points, give it some fresh fuel, stick in a good battery and away she goes.
