Well a dark day has come but if there is one thing for certain in this life it is change always happens. I am parting way with my Celica. It has done me proud over the last couple of years but now i need more power.
I am selling it with 12 months MOT and 6 months tax.
Good points are it has an 18RG, and comes with a P51 gearbox and a rebuilt LSD diff (both need to be installed). It has glass fibre doors and boot lid so no need to worry about the tin worm there. It has an uprated larger radiator with kenlow fan. Electronic igniton, uprated coil and 10mm core HT leads. Has oil cooler fitted and temp and oil pressure gauges. Uprated Faucet fuel pump and internal mounted stainless baffeled fuel tank. Full roll cage and bucket seats with harness. Modified and lowered front suspension (adjustable) with new twin pot calipers and new pads. New wheel bearings and brake shoes on the back with lowered springs and bilstien shocks. Brand new minilite wheels and new toyo proxie tyres on the front with original Wolfrace wheels on the rear. It has halogen converted headlights and full alarm and immobisliser.
Bad points are a small rust patch forming on the bottom of the drivers side wheel arch. General dents scrapes and bangs around the car (not suprising for 30 years old). An oil leak at the front of the engine but nothing to major, just the standard drips. There ia also an electrical fault with the voltage regulator (brand new one supplied).
The car also has a full photograhed bodywork rebuild with replacement rear panels, front wings, sills. It has a bag worth of bills and documents amd original owners handbook, two hanyes manuals, and original advertising Booklet. There probably is lots of other stuff but just cant remeber it all.
I am open to offers so if anyone is interested let me know. I am posting this here first and on the TEC as i would prefer someone who is really into the cars to get it. If i have no joy here then it will be heading to piston heads and the dreaded Ebay!!!
