Not really a grand project but a simple clutch cylinder conversion that might be useful. The pic shows the aluminium clutch cylinder I fitted to my RA28 celica. The original one had corrosion inside and leaked fluid inside the car. Not nice. I discovered this one on a Carina. I can't quote the model number but it's the one from the late 80, early 90s. Not the old Carina II and not the Carina E, but the one in between, if you know what I mean! Simply swap the stud/nut arrangement and use your old pushrod and clevis. The hole spacing is identical. No more rust, ever!
