Hi Here's a cool and cheap idea I read about recently that's not really Toyota specific but it could help you find your true love someday if the dreaded theft ever happens. Ever wonder what to do with your old mobile phone? Hook it up to a car charger, cut off the cig plug and wire it up to an earth and permanent live supply (via a fuse, just in case) Turn OFF all ring tones and vibrates but keep the phone switched on. Now hide the whole assembly somewhere well out of sight, like way up under the dashboard, and secure it with tape or cable ties. Go to a phone tracking website like www.mobilelocate.co.uk or similar and register the phone's number. It only costs £1.30 typically. There are lots of websites offering a similar service. Now you can track your car as long as it's within range of a phone mast. Even if the battery is disconnected the phone's charge should last quite a while as it's not being used. (This is great for motorbikes too as they are so easy to steal.) Al
