Next major restoration is the corolla coupe,I have all the major bits but a lot of welding and fabrication is req'd on this one.It might get a T series engine installed as its fairly easy and I converted one 20 years ago. Scheduled start is during the summer,no complete date but I think it will take the best part of a year. First registered keeper was Toyota GB so probably one of the first to arrive in the uk

No doubt my car will be going further down the waiting list yet again now that you have another car of your own to work on. Oh another question. Will my MR2 ever come down off the wooden blocks? LOL LOL LOL

Just seen a nice orange KE35 like that one two weeks ago, parked up in Killarney town centre, Co. Kerry. Looked to be in great shape. Didn't see the owner. Are you out there? Al

Started and moved the car for the first time in 2 years. Normal toyota start a bit of fuel down the carb and away after a few attempts running a bit rough mind you, no seized brakes ( they may be seized in off position ;D ;D Will be assessing how much more welding it need than 2 years ago and hopefully make a start probably late this year (said that about four years ago ;D ;D). Will post some pics soon to show the extent of what lies ahead

Debs MR2 is progressing , hopefully will be resprayed within the next two weeks and mot'd shortly after that. Strict instructions from Debs is that no other project can only be tackled after the MR2 is back on the road. We hope to use the MR2 on the drive it day run on April 20th, so i'd better get cracking!!

My MR2 will be the same colour when it comes back out of the garage he wouldn't dare spray it any other colour if he knows whats good for him. Cant wait to have it back, I've missed it.
