I guess we're all too busy out driving, fettling and restoring rather than sitting in front of a web forum! We also have a phenomenon over here called rust that keeps us busy too. But seriously, I know what you mean. I think maybe it's partly to do with us being mainly UK/Ireland based where Toyotas, as classic cars, have a fairly small following compared to British and European marques. Also, as a club, the majority of the cars are kept fairly standard; not much tuning, modifications or experiments with engine swaps. I think looking at other forums a lot of the chat is based around modifying cars or talking about nitty gritty mechanical stuff which doesn't happen here much. The site is based around a "real" club that meet for shows and runs and the web side of things is a more recent spin-off, so we are probably more "social" than it seems here. We are also very nice to each other and don't start much debate in the threads. (i'd like to change that now by stating a fact: Red Celicas are fastest....Discuss.)

Good one Al ;D My red Celica runs very well to.
I agree with you we are nice to each other, we are all here for the same thing Toyotas big or small.
But we do like seeing what other people think, we do need more people online letting us know. Any tips are always welcome Debs

Great to get some feedback. I guess we are just spoilt here in OZ. Very little rust compared to you guys and a lot more toyotas and a lot more oportunity to go down the modification track. Red does go faster depending on whats pushing it. My white RA28 is getting an 18rgeu in 2 weeks, just need a bit of time to fit it. Also the new purchase will be brought up to my standard (RED TA22 with 89000 original miles and one owner.) Fortunately with this I dont have to spend any time removing rust as ther is only one spot the size of 1cm. Just a good tidy up and rebuild the head. Yes I agree you really do have it tough over there, Rain, snow, salted roads, hardly any sunshine.LOL

Unlike some forums this site is not full of Porn links and drug offers. Every post is made by a Toyota Fan, mostly about Toyotas for other Toyota fans. Long my it rock ;D

There are plenty of visits but not much said these days, we see this from time to time, then a topic or two promotes a large response.Considering the low number of registered members I think its doing as well as can be expected.
Both my 4A-GE corollas are red and are quick, but for some reason Debs red AE82 gt seems the quickest. I must retard the timing in her car ;D ;D ;D

Yay, good to see some postings. Just need to stir the pot. LOL. There are so many celicas over here that are modified and it is always tempting to go down that track. Cheers
